Was born in 1976 in Koghb village of Tavush region.

In 1992 graduated from the Quantum College with a gold medal.

In 1992-1997 studied at Yerevan Institute of National Economy, specializing in "World Economy" and received the qualification of an economist.

1997-2001 studied at Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia and received the degree of Candidate of Economics.

Since 2012 has been working at Ameriabank CJSC as a member of the Board of Directors, Director of the Retail Banking Department.

Since 2013 has been the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Koghb Foundation.

Mr. Barseghyan is married and has 3 children.

Hayk Yesayan Was born in 1981 in Yerevan.
In 1998 graduated from ASEU Basic College.
From 1998-2002 studied at ASEU specializing in Computing Machines, Complexes, and Networks, and received a qualification in engineering.
From 1999-2003 studied at the Academy of Finance, specializing in "Finance and Credit".
From 2004-2006 studied at ASEU specializing in "IT Management".
From 2008-2020 worked at "Ucom" CJSC as General Director.
Since June 2020 has been working at "Telecom Armenia" CJSC as General Director.
Mr. Yesayan is married and has 4 children.
